BoomerJacks Restaurant Review
BoomerJacks is a popular sports bar. Wall to wall TVs for watching sports. Dog friendly outdoor patio, with oversized fans, fire pit and heaters. Service friendly. Atmosphere inviting. I would go back. Reasonable price. I had fried catfish and french fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw was dry. It's like they took coleslaw out of the bag and placed in tiny bowl. The rest of the food was good. He had chicken tenders and fries. My baby girl had few fries with no salt.

Chicken And Rice Wrap
Easy and delicious.
Ingredients
1 64 oz 4 cheese rice a roni
1 12.5 can chicken, drain
4 flour tortilla
Direction
Cook rice a roni according to direction
Add chicken, stirring. Add mixture to to tortillas. Fold sides and roll.

Blue Catfish
Blue catfish is fresh water, found in Mississippi, Missouri and Ohio. Known for blue gray. Can grow up to 100 pounds and great for dinner.
Ingredients:
2 blue catfish fillets
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
Direction:
season fish and egg with salt and pepper. season bread crumbs with garlic herb seasoning. melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook fish until it flacks.

Macaroni Cheese Hot Dogs
Check out this pleasing meal. Easy and fast. Ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
1 box macaroni and cheese (I used Velveeta)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
5 hot dogs
Directions:
Cook macaroni cheese according to package direction. Meanwhile, cook hot dogs. Drain macaroni and place back into pan. Add both cheese and stir well. Slice hot dogs and place in macaroni and stir well.

In skillet over medium heat, add butter. add eggs, salt and pepper. cook eggs until done. chopped eggs. add mayo to bread. place eggs on bread.

3/4 cup broccoli
3/4 cup cauliflower
10 baby carrots
2 tablespoons butter

boil veggies. meanwhile add butter and olive oil in sauce pan over medium heat. Drain veggies. add vegetables to pan cook until tender.

Spam is very popular in Hawaii. Sold in restaurants even fast food. Love of spam came from war it's affordable.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 slices spam
2 tablespoons butter
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Direction:
in skillet spray with cooking spray. Place skillet over medium heat, add spam. Till golden brown in another skillet add butter over low heat add eggs salt pepper and cheese and whisk till done.

Nooga Side Dish Salad
Easy salad to make and fast. Perfect for side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded lettuce or more
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
real bacon bits to to taste
cheese garlic season croutons to taste
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
ranch dressing to taste
Directions:
Add all ingredients to bowl and toss. Serve.

Homemade Salisbury Meatballs
Spin off of salisbury steak. Slow cooked salisbury meatballs. Perfect over mashed potatoes or noodles.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 onion, sliced
1 - 4 oz can mushrooms
1 package brown gravy
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Add onions and mushrooms, stirring. Stir in broth. In large bowl, add meat and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape meatballs in 1 to 1 1/2 inch. Place meatballs on top of onions and mushrooms. Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, until meatballs are cooked, (165 f).

Penne Pasta Salad
This pasta salad perfect for any gathering. Start chopping while pasta cooking.
Ingredients:
6 oz penne pasta
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1 small red onion, diced
2 green onions, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Mix all ingredients together.

1- 10 oz frozen broccoli, thawed
1- 8.75 oz can corn, drain
3/4 cups cheddar cheese
4 tablespoon, melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic herb seasoning
Directions:
Cook broccoli to package directions, drain and place back into pot. Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
