Quick Pasta

Cooking on a budget, pasta is the way to go. Pasta is affordable pantry staple, endless versatile.

Ingredients:

8 oz spaghetti 

1 pound ground beef 

1 onion, chopped 

salt and pepper, to taste 

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 

1 - 14 oz can stewed tomatoes 

1 - 6.5 oz can mushrooms 

1 - 24 oz pasta sauce 

1 tablespoon minced garlic 

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

1 tablespoon olive oil 

Directions:

In large skillet over medium heat, add oil, add ground beef, onions, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, crumble meat. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and return pasta to the pot, add remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Main Street Art Festival

39th annual Main Street Art Festival. The free 4 day event. Reach across 18 blocks downtown. Over 200 vendors out in the open air. Free museum, very nice. Live music across several stages. Local restaurants. Lots of food trucks. I didn't take a picture of the food trucks because so many people, I didn't want anyone to wonder if I was taking pictures of them. We did eat there, I had turkey leg and my friend had corn dog. Food was good. We had so much fun.
