Garlic Butter Salmon
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2017
Ingredients:
1 pound salmon fillets
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
sea salt and cracked pepper
parsley for garnishDirections:
Preheat oven 375.
Cut 4 (18x12 inch) sheets of heavy duty foil, and spray with cooking spray. Place 1 salmon fillets on each foil sheet.
In a bowl, add lemon juice, minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil and steak seasoning, mix well. Pour over salmon fillets. Add sea salt and cracked pepper. Fold foil around salmon and seal tightly.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with parsley.
