I say we can have burritos for breakfast. This recipe will have you in the kitchen and out the door in no time at all.
Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:
1 pound bulk sausage
12 oz bag southern style hash browns
5 eggs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon water
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon bacon and chive seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup colby and monterey jack cheese
flour tortillas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
Cook sausage and onions in a non stick skillet over medium heat, stir and crumble meat until no longer pink.
Meanwhile, in separate skillet cook southern style hash browns according to package ingredients. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together, egg, water, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, bacon and chive seasoning and cheese.
Combine sausage and hash browns. Pour egg mixture over sausage and hash browns, let set, stirring occasionally.
Spoon mixture onto flour tortillas, fold and serve.
