Garlic Ginger Shrimp
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2017
Ingredients:
1 pound already cooked shrimp
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon coconut oil
chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ground ginger, crushed red pepper, garlic powder.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, sprinkle salt and pepper. Pour soy sauce mixture over shrimp. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
