Garlic and mushrooms lovers will love this recipe. It is easy, quick and delicious meal when you are in a hurry for comfort food.
Garlic Butter Pasta with Mushrooms
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2016
Ingredients:
8 ounces egg noodle
3/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
salt and pepper
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 small white onion, diced
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
In skillet over medium heat, add mushrooms and onions, stirring. Cook until tender. Add salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce, stirring.
In sauce pan over low heat, add butter. Just before butter melted, stir in garlic. Pour butter mixture over noodles, toss to coat.
Serve noodles alone or side dish.
