Teriyaki Beef and Noodles



Today, teriyaki dishes are found in several type of cuisine. Teriyaki is a way of Japanese cooking. The word, teriyaki is 2 words. Teri means luster and yaki means broil or grilled. 


Great dinner for any night of the week, lots of flavor and easy on the wallet. This penny pinching Teriyaki Beef and Noodles will fill your tummy and you will still have money in your wallet.

Teriyaki Beef and Noodles
Recipe by Christine Lamb (Christine’s Pantry), 2015

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
4 ounces thin spaghetti, about 1/2 the box
1 (10 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking meat up as it cooks, add black pepper. Just before ground beef is cooked, add onions and teriyaki sauce, stirring, cook until beef is no longer pink. Add cooked pasta and thawed veggies, heat through. Serve and enjoy!
