Saucy Smoked Sausage
Recipe by Christine Lamb
(Christine’s Pantry), 2015
Ingredients:
1 pound smoked sausage,
sliced
I cup original BBQ sauce (see
note below)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green
chiles
Directions:
In a sauce pan, add smoked
sausage, BBQ sauce and green chilies. Cover and simmer until sauce is bubbly,
about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Note: You can buy a bottle of
original BBQ sauce or try my Homemade BBQ Sauce.
Mmm a great appetizer for a party or small get together!
