Broccoli is very healthy. Cauliflower is just as healthy as broccoli. Carrots are good for you.
Ingredients
3/4 cup broccoli
3/4 cup cauliflower
10 baby carrots
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Direction
boil veggies. meanwhile add butter and olive oil in sauce pan over medium heat. add vegetables cook until tender.
