It's filling and absolutely tasty. You may think this recipe complicated, but its not. Its one of the easy recipes I'm going to cook for you. Oh my goodness, my kitchen smells so good. You must try this recipe.
Bacon and Potato Hash
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2019
Ingredients:
6 strips bacon
2 medium potatoes, peeled and dices
1 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup colby jack shredded cheese
2 green onions, sliced
Directions:
In skillet, cook bacon over medium heat, until crisp. Remove bacon to paper towel lined dish. Reserving drippings. Add potatoes, onions and bell peppers. Season with seasoned salt and black pepper. Stir, cover about 5 minutes. Remove cover and cook additional 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic powder, crumble bacon, stir. Add cheese. Garnish with green onions.
