This is simple, delicious and budget friendly Baked Enchiladas.
Baked Enchiladas
Recipe by Jess @ Christine's Pantry - 2016
Ingredients:
1 (8 pack) spicy jalapeno beans and cheese chimichangas
1 (10 oz.) green chili enchilada sauce
2 cups colby monterey jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Place chimichangas in a single layer. Pour green chili enchilada sauce over chimichangas. Add cheese and black olives. Bake for 30 minutes.
