Easy and delicious lunch or dinner.
Teriyaki Chicken Patties
Recipe by Christine Lamb (Christine's Pantry), 2015
Ingredients:
2 - 10oz can chicken, drained and flaked
1 cup bread crumbs2 - 10oz can chicken, drained and flaked
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Form into patties. Place patties in hot skillet, cook about 6 minutes, until golden, turning once. Enjoy!
