No Bean 30 Minute Chili

Do you love chili as much as we do? Chili traditionally a cold weather dish, but I could eat chili any time of the year.


No Bean 30 Minute Chili
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2018

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 - 14.5 oz can dice tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 package chili mix seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1 - 10 oz. can dice tomatoes with green chiles
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce. Breaking meat up as it cooks. Add onions, sprinkle with salt, stirring occasionally. 

Once beef is cooked add remaining ingredients. Stir. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
