Slow Cooker Ravioli

Slow cooker ravioli the perfect meal for busy weeknights. It's so easy.

Slow Cooker Ravioli
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2018

Ingredients:
1 - 25 oz. package frozen beef filled ravioli
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
1 -24 oz.roasted garlic pasta sauce
1 -8 oz. package italian cheese blend, shedded
cooking spray
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained and finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
chopped parsley, garnish

Directions:
Spray slow cooker with non stick cooking spray. 

In large bowl, mix all ingredients, expect cheese and parsley.  Pour into slow cooker. 

Set slow cooker high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, until tender. Remove from slow cooker, garnish with cheese and parsley.
