Green Bean Soup
Recipe by Christine Lamb - 2015
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen pearl onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
6 cups beef broth2 large potatoes, scrubbed and chopped
2 (12 oz.) bags frozen green beans
Directions:
In a dutch oven over medium heat, add ground beef, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce, crumble the meat as it cooks, cook until no longer pink. Add pearl onions and garlic, cook another 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
