Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 small onion, sliced
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 - 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chicken broth
dried parsley for garnish
Directions:`
Heat oil, melt butter over medium heat. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Cook 6 minutes. Add onions, season onions with salt, stir. Drizzle chicken with worcestershire sauce. Add cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, chili powder and garlic, stirring. Cook additional 6 minutes until chicken is cooked through, and no longer pink. Garnish with dried parsley.
