Beef Lettuce Wraps
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2017
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 green onions, chopped
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained and chopped
lettuce
Directions:
Separate lettuce leaves, clean, dry and set aside.
Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and onion powder. Breaking meat up as it cooks.
Stir in remaining ingredients except lettuce. Cook another 2 minutes.
To serve, spoon meat mixture onto the center of lettuce leave (taco style).
