Black beans give this chili recipe a twist.
Black Bean Chili
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2017
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 - 10.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 onion, chopped
1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 - 7.76 oz can chipotle sauce
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
In a large pot, add ground beef, season ground beef with salt, pepper and worchestershire sauce, stir until crumble and no longer pink. Add onions, stir and cook 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low, cook 30 minutes. Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese.
