Potatoes and sauerkraut go together and add smoked sausage and you have a delicious meal.
Smoked Sausage with Potatoes and Sauerkraut
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2016
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
13 ounces beef smoked sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 (14.5 oz.) can shredded sauerkraut
Directions:
Heat oil and melt butter in skillet over medium heat, add potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, cover and cook 3 minutes, remove cover, stir and cook another 3 minutes. Add sausage and sauerkraut, stir well. Cook until heated through.
