Skillet Sausage and Cabbage
Recipe by Christine Lamb - 2016
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) package beef smoked sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (14 oz.) bag coleslaw
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup beef broth
8 green onions, sliced
Directions:
Saute sausage in skillet over med heat until brown.
Stir in coleslaw and remaining ingredients except green onions, cook 10 minutes,stirring often. Stir in green onions and cook additional 5 minutes.
