Serve this seed base salad on bread or with assorted veggies.
Tuna Salad with Sunflower Seeds
Recipe by Christine Lamb - 2015
Ingredients:
2 (5 oz.) cans tuna fish in water, drained and flaked
1 finely chopped celery
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, more or less, if desired
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
salt and pepper
8 slices bread
lettuce
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Place lettuce on 4 slices of bread. Top with tuna salad. Cover with remaining bread slices.
