Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both side of pork chops. Brown pork chops on each side, about 2 to 3 minutes.

In a bowl, combined cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook until pork chops are cooked through and tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Enjoy,
Christine
