This slowed cooked ribs is so flavorful, Heaven.
Turmeric Spiced Slowed Cooked Ribs
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2018
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds ribs
1 bottle BBQ sauce (use your favorite)
1 onion, sliced
cooking spray
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for spice rub in a small bowl. Set aside.
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Add sliced onions, sprinkle with salt.
Spray ribs with cooking spray. Rub spice mix on ribs. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce and water over ribs. Cover. Cook 4 hours on high or low heat for 7 to 8 hours.
