Salisbury Steaks with Gravy

Ground beef with a few ingredients that you may already have on hand resulting in no stress and no fuss delicious dinner. 

Salisbury Steak with Gravy

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup italian bread crumbs or plain bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
seasoned salt and black pepper
1/2 teaspoon toasted chopped onions
1 small onion, cut into half, than sliced
1/2 cup beef broth
1 package brown gravy mix
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
In large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, egg, seasoned salt, black pepper and toasted chopped onions. Form into 4 patties. 

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes each side, turning once. Remove patties from skillet and side aside. In same skillet, add onions, place butter top of onions, season with salt and pepper, stir and cook until tender. 

In bowl, slowly whisk, gravy mix and cold water. Place patties back into skillet. Pour gravy and beef broth over patties. Heat to boil, reduce heat. Cook until beef patties no longer pink.
