Texas Hash
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2017
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 onion, rough chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeds removed and rough chopped1 - 14.5 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1/2 cup cooked rice
olive oil, just enough to cover panDirections:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, salt, pepper, hamburger seasoning, worcestershire sauce, onions and bell peppers, stir and cook until meat is no longer pink and veggies are tender. Add diced tomatoes. Stir in cooked rice. Heat through.
