Sauerkraut and Pork Chops

We make this dish often. Maybe you can say a bit of Germany. 

Sauerkraut and Pork Chops
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2017

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 - 14.5 oz can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 yellow onion, sliced thin
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. 

Sear pork chops 3 minutes each side, over medium heat. Season pork chops with seasoned salt, pepper and paprika. 

In a 13x9 baking dish. Add pork chops, add sauerkraut, onions and chicken broth. Cover, and cook 20 to 30 minutes, until pork chops are cooked through.
