Lots of cheese, onions and beer brats makes a hearty perfect dinner.
Cheesy Beer Brats and Pasta Skillet
Recipe by Christine Lamb @ Christine's Pantry - 2017
Ingredients:
5 beer brats, casting removed
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
3 cups colby monterey cheese, shredded
chopped parsley
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package direction. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile: in large skillet,cook beer brats,garlic powder, salt, pepper and onions over medium heat, until no longer pink. Reduce heat to low. Stir in pasta and butter. Stir in half the cheese, until heated through.Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle paprika and chopped parsley.
