Do you like Chinese takeout? All the flavors of a egg roll in one easy pot, without the wrapper. Serve with rice, if desired.
Unstuffed Egg Rolls
Recipe by Christine Lamb - 2016
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 pound package coleslaw
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 cup water, add little more if needed
soy sauce
Directions:
In skillet, add ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and chili powder, brown meat over medium heat.
Add coleslaw and water, cook about 15 minutes, add a little water if skillet becomes dry.
Serve over rice and add a few dashes of soy sauce.
