Are
you hosting a Super Bowl party this year? If yes, it’s important to have plenty
of finger foods for your guest to munch on. These delicious recipes for some
favorite game day finger foods.

Ingredients:
1 (32 oz.) container yogurt
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 teaspoon cilantro
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
guacamole
salsa
Mexican blend cheese
lettuce, shredded
Directions:
Place yogurt in a strainer lined
with a paper towel and set the strainer over a bowl. Let the yogurt drain and
thicken overnight.
Combine yogurt, taco seasoning and
cilantro, mix well.
To assemble, in 11x15 dish, spread
refried beans, then spread yogurt mixture, then spread guacamole, salsa,
lettuce and cheese. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

pound ground chicken
1
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2
teaspoon liquid smoke
1
tablespoon steak seasoning
2
tablespoons chicken broth
1
tablespoon vegetable oil
3
tablespoons mayonnaise
1
(12 count) package Hawaiian bread rolls
Directions:
Preheat
oven to 250 degrees. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat
In
bowl, combine ground chicken, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, steak
seasoning and chicken broth, mix well.
Divide
mixture into 8 equal patties. Wrap 8 bread rolls in foil and place in the oven for 2
to 3 minutes. Add patties to hot skillet, cook 3 to 4 minutes each side, until
cook through.
Remove
the buns from the oven. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise on each bread roll
and top with chicken slider and any other condiments, as desired. Serve
immediately. Enjoy!

tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1
onion, chopped
1
pound ground beef
salt
and pepper, to taste
1/4
teaspoon crushed red pepper
1
tablespoon minced garlic
1
1/2 tablespoons paprika
1
1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
1
(15.5 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1
(10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1
bag restaurant style tortilla chips
cheddar
cheese
1
tablespoon chives, chopped
Directions:
In
skillet heat oil over medium heat, add onions, ground beef, salt, pepper,
crushed red pepper, garlic, paprika, ground cumin, crumble meat and cook until
no longer pink. Add black beans and diced tomatoes with green chilies, stir.
Lay
the tortilla chips on a sheet pan. Add meat mixture, sprinkle cheese. Top with
chives. Enjoy!
