Good Ol Meatloaf

 
When it comes to American dishes, it's hard to beat a meatloaf. I'm sure your family will love this meatloaf. You may want to have meatloaf sandwich for lunch the next day. 

Make sure to have all ingredients set up, this will help speed up the cooking. 

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef 
1 onion, chopped 
2 tablespoons butter 
salt and pepper, to taste 
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 
1 tablespoon minced garlic 
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs 
cooking spray 
top with ketchup 
parsley for garnish 

Directions:
In skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once butter melted add onions, salt and pepper, stirring cook until soft. In a bowl, add remaining ingredients except for ketchup and parsley. Mix until blended. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Add meat to pan and shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 for about 35 to 40 minutes. Carefully remove meatloaf from oven. Spoon on ketchup. Place back in oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Check meatloaf internal temperature, 165 degrees. Let meatloaf sit 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley. Serve with your favorite sides.
